
TIPS FROM OUR CHEF
In preparing for the holiday season, you may need tips for the perfect mashed potatoes. We’re happy to oblige.
First tip, create the perfect consistency. After straining the water from the potatoes, put them back in the pot and onto the stove on low heat for 3 – 4 minutes to dry out the water. Works every time.
Second tip for guaranteed satisfaction. Warm any liquid before adding it to the potatoes. You won’t cool them down, and when both the liquid and potatoes are warm, they mash much better.
