WHAT ARE THE CAPITAL GRILLE’S HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our hours vary by location. Please click below to find The Capital Grille you plan to visit. Generally speaking, dinner is served every evening beginning at 5pm, and lunch is served Monday through Friday until 4pm. Some locations serve lunch on weekends as well. Find The Capital Grille near you.

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT’S HOLIDAY HOURS?

We invite you to make our dining room yours on Thanksgiving Day. We’ll be open on Thanksgiving from 11am – 9pm, except at these locations: NYC-Wall Street will be closed; Indianapolis will be open from 6am – 9pm and Kansas City from 10am – 9pm.

We are closed on Super Bowl Sunday, July 4th, and Christmas Day. Some locations may choose to close early on Christmas Eve, so we recommend contacting the restaurant directly to find out their hours on December 24th.

WHERE WILL NEW CAPITAL GRILLE RESTAURANTS BE OPENING?

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

We strongly recommend that our guests reserve a table so there is no disappointment upon arrival at having to wait. You can reserve a table by clicking here . But reservations are not required. We will be delighted to accommodate you if we are able.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make a reservation on The Capital Grille's website or by contacting the restaurant directly. Click here to make a reservation.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN EXISTING RESERVATION?

If you reserved a table on The Capital Grille website, you can edit or cancel your reservation online by visiting the Change My Reservation page. For your privacy, we will send your reservation details to the email provided, you will then have the opportunity to change or cancel your reservation. If you made your reservation through OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant directly, please call the restaurant to modify your reservation.

DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE DINING ROOMS FOR MEETINGS OR EVENTS?

We most certainly do. Elegant and comfortable rooms with an array of seating options, customized menus, and dedicated servers. Additionally, most rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art media capabilities, including webcasting and high-speed, hard-wired and wireless internet connections. HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT CUSTOMIZED MENUS FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?

We have examples of customized menus available for viewing on each location’s web page. But we will work closely with you to make sure your menu suits your needs, and are happy to advise you on wine pairings. View menus for specific Capital Grille locations here.

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?

You can submit a request for private dining on our Private Dining page. Simply provide some information about your event, and a Capital Grille private event planner will respond as soon as the request is received to help you book your gathering. Request private dining here.

 
 

ABOUT THE MENU

DOES THE CAPITAL GRILLE OFFER VEGETARIAN DISHES?

We want every guest at The Capital Grille to feel welcome. While we are known for our masterful preparation of dry aged steaks and fresh seafood, our Chef is always happy to prepare a vegetable-based dish for any guest who requests one. Please talk with your server about what our Chef can offer you.

DOES THE CAPITAL GRILLE HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OFFERINGS?

Our menu contains many items made without gluten-containing ingredients. We are happy to provide you with a menu of those offerings at the restaurant upon request, and invite you to view our Gluten Sensitive Menu online. Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment, however, so it is possible these menu items could come into contact with gluten during preparation. If you’re highly sensitive to gluten, please let your server know.

ABOUT REWARDS

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

At the Capital Grille, we want to reward your exceptional taste with an equally exceptional rewards program. Members earn rewards and reap the benefit of receiving and redeeming points at participating locations of our affiliated restaurants—Eddie V’s, Seasons 52, Yard House, Bahama Breeze, LongHorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden.

Is there a fee to participate in the program?

No, it is free to enroll and receive points from any of our participating locations. View full list of participating locations.

How do I become a member?

It’s simple, at your next visit at a participating restaurant, sign up with your server, or online at www.thecapitalgrille.com/rewards. Your mobile phone number is your unique identifier to make receiving and redeeming points easier.

How soon after joining will I receive my welcome bonus points?

Every new member receives 100 bonus points upon completing the online enrollment.

What if I visit restaurants that aren’t participating in the program?

Our apologies, members can only receive and redeem at the select locations that are participating in the rewards program. View full list of participating locations.


ACCRUING POINTS

How do I accrue points?

When making your reservation, let us know you are a rewards member, or when you arrive to The Capital Grille, let your server know and provide your phone number. Receive 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible items, ½ point for private dining events. Certain items are not eligible such as gift cards, merchandise, tax, gratuity or charitable items. Accruing points on alcohol purchases is subject to state law and varies by location.

Private & Event dining:
Let your event planner know that you are a rewards member, and they will take your phone number. There is no cap and you will receive 1/2 point for every dollar spent on eligible items. Please allow 48 hours for the points to be reflected in your account. Only a few items are considered ineligible for points such as gift cards, merchandise, tax and gratuity or charitable items. Points received on alcohol is subject to state and location laws and varies by location.

What information do I give the restaurant to locate my account?

Simply provide your mobile phone number.

After my visit, are points deposited immediately?

It may take up to 48 hours for points to be updated in your account.

I forgot to log in at the restaurant or tell the server I’m a member. How can I get points for my visit?

Not a problem. You have 30 days from your visit to contact us online at www.thecapitalgrille.com/contact-us. Please include your mobile phone number and a few details from your check—location, check number and date—but requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction.

Can I receive points for to-go orders and private dining?

At The Capital Grille, you will accrue ½ point for every 1 dollar spent for your private and group dining transactions, and there is no cap. To go orders will receive a point per dollar spent on eligible items.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can accrue?

Absolutely not, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Do my points or rewards expire?

Points expire only if there are no purchases (whether with dollars, rewards points or reward certificates) within a 120 day period. Reward certificates will be valid through the expiration date specified on the reward.

Can I purchase points?

Purchasing points is not available.


REDEEMING POINTS

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming is easy. Login at www.thecapitalgrille.com/customer-service/account-login and then navigate to www.thecapitalgrille.com/customer-service/my-rewards/use-points and select your reward. When you come to dine, let your server know you are ready to apply the selected reward. Your reward will be credited to your check.

What type of rewards can I redeem points for?

You can redeem points for reward certificates in denominations of $25 and $50 to use at all participating restaurants. You can also redeem your points for a delightful Dinner for Two, a Year Round Picnic complete with hand squeezed lemonade, a dining experience of Capital Grille Classics or Cappuccino and Cake.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can get?

You can redeem for as many rewards as your points will allow.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

Only one reward certificate or exclusive reward can be applied per visit.

Can I combine my rewards with any other rewards (e.g. coupons)?

Your rewards cannot be combined with any other rewards or reward certificates.

Can I sell my points?

Your points are reserved especially for you.

Once I redeem my points, does my reward have an expiration date?

Yes, there are expiration dates associated with the rewards, be sure to check each reward as they may vary.

Can I redeem my points during my dining experience?

Absolutely—your server would be happy to assist.

Where do I find my current point balance?

You can find your current balance in the upper right hand corner of the website by simply logging in to www.thecapitalgrille.com/customer-service/account-login and then navigating to www.thecapitalgrille.com/customer-service/my-rewards.

Can I share my points with other members?

Sharing points is not currently available.

How do I update my account information (e.g. name, address, phone)?

To change or update account information, simply log in to your profile at www.thecapitalgrille.com/customer-service/account-profile. To update your phone number, please submit a request form online at www.thecapitalgrille.com/contact-us to indicate the phone number change.

Where can I find the Program Terms and Conditions?

I have additional questions about the program. Who should I contact?

How do I discontinue my membership?

Please contact us online at www.thecapitalgrille.com/contact-us and we would be happy to close your rewards account.

I recently enrolled at the restaurant with my phone number and have not completed my enrollment yet. What program benefits am I able to receive?

You will continue to accrue points on any and all eligible transactions. But, until your enrollment is complete you will not be able to redeem rewards and points.


THE CAPITAL GRILLE INSIDER

If I’m already a member of the Insider, am I automatically enrolled in the program?

We’re so pleased you’re an Insider and receive our news in your email inbox. A few more details are needed to open a rewards account; therefore, you would need to enroll in the program separately even if you are already a member of the Insider.

What happens to my Insider account if I never join the program?

It remains active and you will still receive email communications from us.
