The Capital Grille is pleased to announce our first West Coast
location. Located in the historic Cobb Building, The Capital Grille
Seattle opened its doors on February 4th. Led by Managing Partner
Nicolas Kassis and Executive Chef Mike Hillier, the menu features
locally sourced products such as Dungeness Crab and King Salmon.
